When Private Relations Become Public

Watching is not outside the scene
Once bodies move near the stage or the audience area, watching becomes an action inside the film. The viewer is reminded of being a viewer.
Publicness adds pressure
Making something public does not automatically clarify it. It raises new questions: who can explain, who can speak for whom, and who takes responsibility for what happens next?
Words and space must be read together
The same sentence changes when it is spoken in a room, onstage, backstage, or beside a screen. The search results and visual timeline belong together.
